Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:  

 1. A minimum of a $100 per person deposit is required by November 15th 2023 to solidify your spot in the resort. More information is available on the Book Your Stay page.

2. Have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below, filling out information for all guests in that room.   

3. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.   

4. Transportation to and from the (PUJ) airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.   

5. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

These rooms are equipped with all the technology necessary to ensure you are kept well entertained and safe: 50” satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, and telephone with a direct outside line. Moreover, the complementary Wi-Fi will keep you connected to the outside world throughout your stay.

What Does This Rate Include?

This rate includes all of your taxes and fees as well as your shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transfers.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $100 per person is due no later than November 15, 2023, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

A second payment to meet 85% of your total balance is due by January 24, 2024.

***Final balance is due by March 13, 2024***

We highly suggest flying in on Thursday, June 20th 2024, or earlier to take full advantage of the week's festivities.

Friendly reminder the wedding is on Saturday, June 22, 2024. 

*Minimum 3 nights stay is required by the resort and you may choose to stay as long as you want to enjoy your vacation. 

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included!   

*If you prefer to fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) you may do so, but airport transfers are NOT included and will incur an additional cost*

*Words of Advice*  - If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.  

- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.   

NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date.

Every guest must have a valid passport.

You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

.Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 50 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.

You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.
