Resort Policy: All wedding guests must stay at the resort on the day of the wedding! You can choose to stay for as long or as short as you like. Keep in mind that a minimum of three (3) nights is required for FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS to and from the resort.

Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises.

If you are an ounce certain you will be attending our wedding, we recommend placing your room on hold right away with the assurance that you can get a full refund if anything comes up especially with the unpredictable state our world is in right now. No deposit or upfront payment is required, and you can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your arrival with no cancelation fees or penalties using our wedding promocode.

Although we have secured a promocode for our wedding, it does guarantee that the rooms will not become sold out. These are not room blocks so they are NOT on hold. If you wait too late, the rooms may be sold out and because the resort is not booking at full capacity, rooms are filling up fast! To avoid any complications, please book your room as soon as possible. You can always cancel without penalties 24 hours before arrival if anything comes up.

Jeremy and Bobbie: have booked the Excellence Club Junior Swim-up Suite. It is the adults only area of the resort. This room type is sold out but there are other rooms in the "Excellence Club" area. Note: the other areas, the regular finest suites area and the finest club area are both family-friendly (for adults and children), but are just as beautiful and accommodating.

WORDS OF ADVICE : Fly the red-eye for more time at the resort! If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room to be ready.

All areas of the resort are equally nice and beautiful so you can't go wrong with any option!

FINEST SUITES are the standard rooms and make up a majority of the rooms at the resort. You will have access to just about everything on site and your room will have standard amenities including a stocked minibar.

FINEST CLUB is for all ages and will offer access to two additional pools, a jacuzzi in the pool area, a private beach area, Finest Club lounge, and Finest Club Seaside Restaurant. You will also receive one Aqua hydrotherapy treatment per person (13 years and up), and an upgraded minibar. EXCELLENCE CLUB is an adults-only building within the resort that offers access to the Excellence Club Lounge, Excellence Club Bistro Restaurant, as well as all upgrades that come with the Finest Club Suite category. We recommend arriving 1-2 days before the wedding and staying 3-4 nights to join in on all the fun! All food, drinks and top shelf alcoholic beverages are included.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from the return date!

ARRIVAL
1. Passport: CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATE!
2. Multiple Immigration Form (FMM)
Fill this out online up to 28 days before you arrive. They will give you a portion of the form back. Put it with your passport, as you will need to give it back when leaving Mexico. If you lose it, there is a fine.
3. Health Form
Fill this out before you leave for the airport and screenshot your QR code. Available 72 hours before travel.

DEPARTURE
1. Passport: Check your Expiration Date!
2. Multiple Immigration Form (FMM): The portion of the form they gave you back at the airport.
3. Health Form Fill this out before you leave for the airport and screenshot your QR code. The Cancun airport wi-fi is spotty, so don’t chance it there. Available 72 hours before travel.
4. Negative COVID Test: At check-in, you will schedule your free COVID test. If you miss your appointment, you will have to take a taxi to the Hospital and pay for a test. Testing will be in Building 1 (see resort map). Bring your passport and vaccination card (if applicable). It will take about 10 minutes and your results will be emailed to you. Must be completed within 72 hours of your departure time.
