To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at The GRAND at Moon Palace Cancun, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

We highly suggest flying in FRIDAY 10/29/2021 or earlier to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities. 

Friendly reminder the wedding is on SATURDAY, 10/30/21. Book your flight home on 10/31/2021 or later.

Drinks/Lounges- All premium wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks are included in your stay. There are several Bars and Lounges, including swim-up bars.

Unique Dayclub: Come here to escape the everyday. At our adults-only pool bar, you get to enjoy a great afternoon with a live DJ, accompanied by delicious cocktails, beers, drinks, and snacks. What’s more, if you are celebrating a special date, we’ll join the party to help you make it as memorable as possible.

Water Park- The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun always makes a splash. Float in a lazy river, splash in a wave pool and choose from a selection of different thrill-seeking slides. Guests of The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun have access and can enjoy these areas.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport, or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Due to Covid, processing time has increased, causing delay in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, private transportation to and from the airport (CUN) is included!

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $107 a day/per person.

Please note booking at any other hotel in the Moon Palace complex does NOT allow you access to the GRAND (Our Chosen Resort).

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

While we love to watch the children run and play, this is an adult only kind of day. Children may attend all weekend events, except for the wedding ceremony and reception. Day of Wedding childcare available at an additional cost.

Our dream is to have an intimate wedding with the people we love and have supported us throughout our lives and relationship. All invitees will be addressed on save the dates, invitations and in the RSVP portion of our site.

Yasss, so you've made the amazing decision to join us, now let's get to the fun part. It is imperative that you place your security deposit as soon as possible. Deposits are $100/per room. Yes! That's it, $100! Please keep in mind, there will be other weddings this weekend and rooms may sale out. We'd hate to miss you, so don't be tardy for the party!

It’s your vacation too!!! Stay however long you'd like! 
We highly recommend to take an early morning flight to enjoy more time at the resort.

Suggested arrival date: Friday 10/29 or earlier.

Suggested departure date: Monday 11/1 or later.

We do not recommend arriving on Saturday, as it is our Wedding Day and we'd hate to miss you it in the event flights are delayed or cancelled. You would also miss our Bienvenidos & Booze! 

During the day, expect high 80’s.
At night, expect mid to low 70’s.


This is a vacation, and casual is the majority! However, there are some dress code requirements at the dinner restaurants.
The casual elegant restaurants require: All: Neat attire. 
Long pants, collared short or polo shirt. *No tank tops, sleeveless shirts or flip flops* We know, its Mexico and its HOT, but please keep this in mind when packing!

- Chichen Itza (one of the world wonders!) is 2.5 hours away from the hotel.
- Tulum Ruins is 1 hour and 15 min away.
