We are so excited to be spending our special weekend with you at such a fun destination! Nashville is a dynamic and energized city, filled with live music venues, decadent dining options, southern history, various tourist attractions, and not to mention the largest 4th of July fireworks display in the entire USA!

Because Nashville is so popular during the 4th of July weekend, the number of visitors in Nashville easily outpaces the supply of hotel rooms. With all of our guests traveling from out of town, we're working really hard to make things as easy and cost effective as possible. We really value the time and resources invested in celebrating with us. And we want our wedding weekend to be nothing short of amazing for everyone in attendance!

We have secured a few discounted room blocks at great hotels. Availability is limited. With the city being in high-demand, once you know your travel plans, we strongly recommend booking your accommodations right away!

The Hilton Garden Inn at Nashville/Vanderbilt has provided a discounted rate for our guests of $229 per night, plus tax. Parking has also been discounted to $18 per day. King rooms and double queen rooms have been reserved at this location.

There is availability to check in Tuesday July 2nd, through check out Sunday July 7th. (If your request for reservation shows "no availability," please contact Randy or Janelle.)

The hotel provides a FREE SHUTTLE to the heart of downtown Nashville, which runs regularly from 8 am to midnight.

We recommend reserving your room as soon as possible (before the end of April). The 4th of July weekend is the most popular time for travel to Nashville. As such, we will only be able to increase the number of hotel rooms needed based on availability. Thank you!
