Mayakoba is located in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The nearest airport is Cancun (CUN), which is about an hour's drive away. There are multiple airlines that fly to Cancun
Remember to make sure your passport is valid for at least six months past the travel date!
To make sure your transportation from airport is safe, we’ll be working with transportation/concierge firm “Your Cancun DMC” to do our group transfers and pick you up from the airport and take you directly to Banyan Tree (if staying at another property, make sure to write the info on the form).
Transportation will be private for the event but shared with the same guests of the wedding. If you want your service to be private, please make sure you let her know to make those arrangements accordingly.

Our wedding events will be held at Banyan Tree a luxury hotel. We will have a group rate for all our guests which are the following:
Bliss Pool Villa starting at $509 USD
3 bedroom family residence up to 6 guests at $899 USD
TAX POLICY The rates are subject to a 16% VAT + 3% Lodging Tax and 15% Service Charge per night
Note the minimum stay is 3 nights.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid credit card number and one night deposit will be collected upon booking to guarantee each reservation. Free Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date or forfeit the night(s) deposit; Cancellation 29 days or less, apply full stay charge including taxes.
CHILD POLICY 13 years and up are considered as adult
