We’ve taken care of the details to ensure you have an unforgettable experience. Below is a breakdown of what’s included in your tour, along with a few things you may want to budget for.

Included in Your Tour

• Accommodations: Enjoy comfortable stays at quality hotels throughout your journey.

• Entrance Fees & Entertainment: Admission to all listed attractions and traditional entertainment experiences.

• Guided Expertise: A friendly, expert Tour Director will provide local insights and share fascinating stories about the sites you visit.

• Transportation: Travel in style on a modern motorcoach with panoramic windows, free Wi-Fi, USB charging outlets, and rest stops every two hours. We’ll also handle moving your main suitcase between the coach and hotels.

• Meals: Savor a hot breakfast every morning and enjoy additional meals as listed in your itinerary.

What’s Not Included

While we strive to cover most aspects of your journey, the following are not included:

• Tips & Gratuities: A tipping guide will be provided to help you plan.

• Meals Not Listed: Any meals not specified in the itinerary will be at your own expense.

• Shopping & Personal Expenses: Remember to set aside funds for souvenirs and other personal purchases.

• Airfare & Travel Protection: These optional items can be added for an additional cost.

Arrival & Departure Information

When to arrive?

You will want to arrive in Dublin Ireland by June 15, 2025. There are pre and post stays available. Some people choose to come a day early without adding a full pre stay.

The Irish Odyssey ends June 26, 2025

Transfers: Arrival transfers are provided to group passengers in intervals between the hours of 7am-12pm on the start day of the

tour and return transfers are provided in intervals between the hours 6am-12noon on tour end date.

Once your trip is booked we will help you with these details.

Booking Information

How to book this trip

To reserve your spot, simply fill out the booking form at the link provided. Please note that completing the form does not guarantee availability, but we’ll notify you promptly if the tour is fully booked.

Here’s the pricing for this unforgettable experience:

• Double Occupancy: $4,545 per person

• Single Occupancy: $5,740 (extremely limited single spaces)

Pricing does not include optional airfare or travel insurance.

Once we receive your form, we’ll hold your requested space for up to 72 hours. During this time, we’ll send you an invoice for your review and approval. After confirming the details with your signature, we’ll finalize your booking.

Secure your spot with a $250 deposit per person today! The remaining balance will be due by April 6, 2025.

Special Offer: Save 5% on the gross cost of the tour (excluding insurance and extra nights) by paying your deposit by March 21, 2025.

Airfare

We can help you with your flight arrangements

Flight Arrangements Made Easy

We’re happy to assist with booking your flights to ensure a seamless travel experience. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to arrange your own airfare. Either way, we’ll need your flight details to coordinate your transfers.

Transfers:

• Arrival Transfers: Provided for group passengers in intervals between 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM on the tour start date.

• Departure Transfers: Provided in intervals between 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM on the tour end date.

Don’t worry—we’ll remind you to submit your flight information multiple times! If you choose to book your own flights, please share your itinerary with us to ensure your transfers are arranged.

Travel Insurance

Travel Protection: Peace of Mind for Your Journey

We strongly encourage purchasing travel protection to safeguard your investment and provide peace of mind before and during your trip. Travel protection covers unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, lost luggage, and unexpected medical expenses, giving you the confidence to fully enjoy your experience.

Pricing:

• Double Occupancy: $415.00 per person

• Single Occupancy: $509.00
