Yes please! A completed personal details form will help us to ensure that you have a wonderful stay and that we can provide you with personalised attention. Please fill out the medical part to the best of your knowledge and do not forget to mention any food or medicine allergies too. All this will ensure a safe experience at our wedding. Please rest assured, your details will be kept in the strictest of confidence and will be deleted once you reach back home.
The travel form can be filled out later, once your travel plans have been confirmed. Even if you are travelling by road and do not need pick up or drop off arranged for you, please still fill out this part too.
Yes, every adult needs to fill out one personal details form each. If you have children, then only one parent needs to fill out their children's information.
The travel form should be filled out per person, or couple, or family (if travelling together).
Each guest will be individually informed about the venue of their stay and their room number prior to arrival.
On 26th Oct, after your check-in, you can proceed to the Palace for lunch at the Mehendi venue or if you are at the Bagh and want to rest, you can take lunch there.
Breakfast on the 27th, 28th and 29th of October will be at your respective venues. However, if you wish to take breakfast at a venue different from your stay, you are most welcome.
Due to the busy schedule during the wedding, in-room dining services may take up to 90 minutes. All bills regarding in-room dining will need to be paid in cash directly to the hotel.
Complimentary room services are milk for children below 6 years and ice and soda for adults.
A food and tea/coffee counter has been set up at both the venues for you. In the Palace, the counter is in Courtyard 02 while in the Bagh, it is near the restaurant area. If you feel hungry prior to an event or at odd hours, please feel free to get yourself something to eat/drink. This counter is free of charge. Some kinds of snacks available are maggi, cookies, omelettes etc. There will be no room service from this counter.

There will be constant availability of transport between the two venues. You will find a waiting lounge at both the venues. We will ensure that the wait time is never more than 10 minutes. There will a member of the event management team available at all times to help arrange your transport.
Salon services such as makeup, hair and saree draping are set up at the Spa (Poolside) in the Palace and in the Suite on first floor in the Bagh, if you wish to avail them. Please contact the salon team directly to book an appointment. Payment must be made directly to the team. All rates are subsidised for these services.directly with their team. We will provide their contact details separately.
We have set up an ironing station at each venue. Our team will guide you to the spot where the stations have been set up. Make sure you allow enough time for the clothes to be ready. You will need to drop and pick up your clothes by yourself.
We have provided every room with a general medical kit with medicines for minor ailments like headache, body ache, heart burn etc. Take medicines only if you know that you do not suffer any allergies from the medicines provided. For any further medical assistance, contact our medical staff who will help to put you in touch with an expert.
Samode Palace and Bagh, both have swimming pools, spa, laundry services etc. Spa services can be availed at discounted rates for which you will pay directly to the hotel. The Palace has a well-appointed souvenir shop where you can make purchases at discounted rates as well. For laundry, please contact the laundry services and pay directly to the hotel.
