Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres

Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We are very excited to have you join us for our Destination Wedding. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange their accommodations. We've chosen to stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres in Costa Mujeres, Mexico. This is an all inclusive resort.  We highly encourage you to stay with us there as the ceremony and other events will all be held at the resort!

Itinerary

We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than January 5, 2024 to take full advantage of the wedding festivities.

Important things to note about your trip and rooms

Book my tripRooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agent will do her best to honor the discounted rate outside of the number or rooms we have reserved, however, the early booking rate is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
If you book at a different hotel/resort or outside of the special room block you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding that will be held at Majestic Colonial. Also, if you book outside of the room block, Adams Global Travel will not be able to assist if you have any issues with your booking that you did not book through them.
We are confident in our pricing and we would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability . Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. Once you submit the form, you will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.
The room pricing in the form are a per person cost for total nights selected.
FOR BOOKING PLEASE -
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation. Don't have 2 or more people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Round trip transportation is included with your room booking. 
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!
5. All deposits are due at booking and are listed as per person. If you do not pay it that same day before midnight the booking will be auto cancelled.

Booking dates outside of the contracted group dates

**To book more than the required 4 nights minimum stay simply select the dates in the booking form, as the travel dates are January 4, 2026 to January 11, 2026.

A minimum of a 4 night stay is required.

How to Book your trip

BOOKING YOUR TRIP
All rooms must be booked and paid in full by October 23, 2025.
You can also book your flights, transportation and travel protection using the link below. You will need to click on the links in the booking form and request price quotes for each component you desire - flights, transportation and travel protection. Then we will book them for you if you want them after we get the cost to you.
For all of the rooms the deposits are based on Double Occupancy as this is the most common - Deposit for double occupancy will be $100 per person.
For Single Occupancy Rooms the deposit will be $100. PLEASE select the correct options for you room, occupancy, bedding, children etc to ensure you get the correct amount and deposit due.

We are available for our clients if there should be any problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach on of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your issue.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the BRIDE-GROOM wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Need to apply for or renew your passport?

Please read this whole section if you need to get a new passport or renew yours.


If you do not want to do it by yourself following the online instructions, most areas have locations where you can go to apply, they will help you and take your picture for it as well. If they do not do pictures, you can get a picture at any Walgreens for around $16.99 - you get 2 pictures - before you go the facility to apply. Alternatively, you can download and utilize the Its Easy app on your mobile device which will take care of your photo and application process all in one!


To find the closest facility to you, click on the link at the bottom of this section and then click on 'FIND PASSPORT SERVICE LOCATIONS', Select Routine or Expedited (will cost more to expedite), then select apply at an acceptance facility, enter your zip code and then click on search. This will return the 10 closest locations for you and the distance from your zip code. You will click on the location you prefer and they will give a schedule of days then you can go to a link there and schedule an appointment if required/necessary.


PLEASE APPLY FOR A PASSPORT BOOK AND NOT A CARD. A passport book is always required to travel internationally. If you intend to travel outside 20 nations or via plane within the next 10 years, the book is necessary.


The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) accepts the passport card as ID for domestic flights only. Use the passport card when entering the United States at land-border crossings and sea ports-of-entry from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. Do not use it for international air travel.


New Passports and renewing Passports are not taking to long to get.  Please apply or renew yours as soon as you can to ensure you get it.
As of September 26, 2024,  the State Department estimated 6 to 8 weeks to process routine Passport applications and 2 to 3 weeks for expedited.
Costs are -
First-time Adult Passport Book - $130 paid to the US Department of State and $35 paid to the acceptance facility.
First time Minor Passport Book (Children under 16) - $100 paid to the US Department of State and $35 paid to the acceptance facility.
Renew Adult Passport Book - $130 paid to the US Department of State.


OPTIONAL FEES:
Expedite Fee - $60.
1-2 Day Delivery - $21.36
File Search Fee - A file search is necessary when an applicant is unable to present verification of a previously issued U.S. Passport. Applicant must submit Form DS-11 and a written request for a file search - $150.

YOU CAN NOW RENEW PASSPORTS ONLINE - 

eligible U.S. citizens can renew their passports online through the State Department's online passport renewal system. The process is as follows:
Create an account: Create a MyTravelGov account using the government's login.gov system.
Start the application: Sign in to your account and click the "Renew Your Passport" button on the homepage.
Enter information: Provide details about your most recent passport, travel plans, and upload a digital photo.
Sign and pay: Complete the application and pay the fee.
Enroll in email updates: Request to receive emails about the status of your application.
The online renewal system is available 24/7. Some things to note include:
Only adult passports can be renewed online.
Applicants must be living in the U.S.
Applicants must have their current passport, which cannot be lost, stolen, damaged, or mutilated.
Applicants cannot request a change to their name, gender, date of birth, or place of birth.
Applicants must not be traveling internationally for at least eight weeks from the day they submit their application.


The State Department estimates that most applications are now completed in much less than the advertised six to eight weeks.
