Reservations Required!
Reservations are required at most restaurants in the area, especially on weekend nights! Book at least 2-3 weeks ahead for prime tables. Also, call the restaurants directly to book, you will get a better table than booking through Opentable.
There are dress codes at many local restaurants, and many on Palm Beach Island require men to wear jackets for dinner. Be sure to ask for info when you make reservations.
Palm Beach Island
Café Boulud - Chef Daniel Boulud's PB outpost offering traditional French cuisine using the best local ingredients and seafood. Located inside the Brazilian Court Hotel on Palm Beach Island. Order the white cosmo to drink, and request a table outside in the lush courtyard. The best of the best.
Cafe L'Europe - Formal old school European restaurant with white glove service, live piano music, and an older crowd. Food is fabulous, and the souffle is a must order.
Renato's - The best Italian restaurant in Palm Beach. Impeccable service in a romantic bougainvillea-covered courtyard tucked away off Worth Avenue. I recommend the Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli.
Le Bilboquet- Currently the hardest to come by reservation in town, this new restaurant inspired by the South of France is tucked away in a courtyard off Worth Avenue is the place to be seen. The cajun chicken is their must-try dish.
Sant Ambroeus - Another NYC favorite import, Sant Ambroeus is busy all day long with seating in the courtyard of the Royal Poinciana Plaza. Authentic Milanese cuisine. Great for any meal.
Palm Beach Grill- An island staple, PB Grill prepares everything on their menu to perfection. Home to the world's best ribs, and a pretty killer Dover Sole. Martinis free flow like water here. Always busy.
Honor Bar - Sister restaurant to Palm Beach Grill offering more casual fare. Not to miss: Macho Salad, Dip Duo, French Dip, or Fried Chicken Sandwich paired with a Crisp Martini.
Trevini - Another fine Italian restaurant with a more laid back vibe and beautiful outdoor patio on a quiet street.
Buccan - Trendy and vibrant (aka loud) with a hopping bar scene and inventive American dishes
Ta-boo - If you're tired from shopping on Worth Ave, dip into Ta-boo any time of day for a cocktail or bite. Quintessential Palm Beach decor.
Bricktops - Powerlunch spot with solid American classics and great patio. The tavern burger is wonderful and filling. Be sure to check out the wallpaper in the bathroom.
Pizza Al Fresco - Picturesque upscale pizza spot in a delightful flower-filled courtyard off Worth Avenue. Famed architect Addison Mizner's pet monkey is buried on site and he watches over the spot.
Le Bar- Trendy new spot for drinks or late night fun with indoor and outdoor seating
Lola41 - Asian fusion menu with the best sushi on the island. Try the Maruko Roll.
THE BREAKERS
Seafood Bar (The Breakers) - Ocean views with a glass aquarium bar filled with live fishies for your entertainment while you drink.
HMF (The Breakers) - Named after Henry Morrison Flagler, this retro bar and restaurant is packed nightly.
Flagler Steak House (The Breakers)- Enjoy a steak while overlooking the golf course.
West Palm Beach
Grato - by the same chef as Buccan, small plates, and inventive American cuisine. Love the bubble waffle dessert and Nashville slider
Elisabetta's - THE spot for brunch, always busy. Classic Italian food. Great indoor/outdoor bar scene and views of Intracoastal
Cafe Sapori - Solid Italian option and local favorite with pizza and pasta
Table 26 - Elegant, airy, nautically themed eatery with a swanky bar & a menu of global comfort food.
HIVE Bakery (Breakfast & Lunch) - Located across the street from the Norton Museum, a beautifully designed new spot next to all of the HIVE shops which are equally fabulous and worth a visit.
RH Rooftop Restaurant at Restoration Hardware - Trek up to the 4th story of Restoration Hardware for beautiful views from this decadent wine bar and restaurant. Lite menu for happy hour or a simple dinner.
