It was 9AM on a Saturday morning and I had a first date planned...... I mean, who plans 9AM coffee dates? Ashkon does. I arrive in workout clothes and he is dressed up with a peacoat and all. I was definitely underdressed. He bought me coffee and we sat in Starbucks for 3 hours talking about our goals, families, and life experiences. It was the best date I've ever been on. I INSTANTLY knew he was my person... I mean I FaceTime'd my mom right after and told her "he's the one"................

Who would’ve thought? After years of searching, I was truly beginning to lose hope, only to meet my person over a cup coffee… so simple! And somehow I knew it the second I saw her smile, without even uttering a word. I drove 45 minutes on a Saturday morning for the chance to meet someone new, yet little did I know it was about to be the best thing that’s ever happened to me. 3 hours of getting to know each other was the start of my endless love for Anali, and here we are 3 years later as I write this.
