There are regular trains from London Paddington to Bodmin Parkway. The station is around a 30 minute taxi/car journey from Rock.
There are daily flights from London and Birmingham (as well as other cities) with many airlines to Newquay Airport, which is a 30 minute drive from Rock.
In particular, British Airways operates a once a day, one hour flight between London Heathrow and Newquay Airport.
