Cashiers, North Carolina

Cashiers is a popular vacation destination in Jackson County and the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, located just 10 miles from Highlands and about 63 miles from Asheville, along scenic Highway 64. Sitting at a high elevation of about 3,500 ft. in the middle of the Nantahala National Forest, this cool, lush area has plenty of beautiful spots for outdoor activities. Surrounded by mountain peaks of more than 5,000 ft., Cashiers averages 75 inches of precipitation, so the area is filled with rivers and waterfalls.

Dining Options

High Hampton Inn and Resort - The host property offers a variety of options for breakfast and lunch including the Inn Dining Room, The Tavern at the Inn and The Range House located near the driving range.  The Inn Dining Room will be closed for dinner during wedding events.

Cornucopia - Cashier's "Favorite Porch" is open seasonally for lunch and dinner and located less than a mile from High Hampton Inn and Resort.

Canyon Kitchen - Located inside the Lonesome Valley. Open for dinner only and reservations recommended.

Whiteside Brewing  - A brewpub in a park like setting that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and house brewed beers.

Oakside Steakhouse - An innovative approach to steakhouse dining amid the Blue Ridge Mountains.
