As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know that they are welcome at our Sunday farewell brunch! Please reach out if you have questions or need a local au pair recommendation.

Semi-Formal / Dressy Casual - but no black! Aim for the sweet spot between understated dressy and elevated casual. Think flowy dresses, well-tailored jumpsuits, button-down shirts, simple suit jackets, and timeless silhouettes. We love a spicy bowtie or set of suspenders instead of your formal tails :) The wedding party will be wearing earthy, warm colors. 

Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy areas that you will have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.

There is plenty of free parking near the entrance of the chapel.

Welcome to Cape Town, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in Cape Town should be beautiful, averaging 75-80 degrees, but will get chilly at night. Please bring some warm layers for the evening, as temperatures can dip into the 50s. Don't forget a windbreaker - our second name is Windy City!

Our wedding ceremony is indoors and our reception will be under a marquee, but you will have a short walk outside to travel between the two venues. You will have time to meander through the gardens while pre-drinks and canapés are served, weaving time with the surrounding nature. 

Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!

If you're still planning to bring your little ones to SA, Alicia from Holiday Nannies provides an incredible local babysitting and Au Pair service. Her sitters are amazing, first aid trained, and educare trained so your kiddos will be in great hands. Her email is: info@holidaynannies.co.za

If you're planning to drink at the wedding, we strongly suggest that you pre-arrange round-trip shuttles to Bosjes. There are extremely limited Ubers in this area, so please avoid trying to book on the night!
