To start the night off, please join us at our favorite speakeasy in PV! We have the bar reserved for 1 hour with doors opening to the public after 10pm. We recommend trying the "raicilla" cocktails. Raicilla is Jalisco's local agave spirit 

Dress for an evening of bar hopping. light jacket is recommended.  

The Ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM for guest arrival. Pre-ceremonial cocktails will be served prior to the ceremony. We ask that all guests be seated before 4:30 PM.

1st course
Caramelized pear salad, lettuce mix, blue cheese, nuts and sweet mustard vinaigrette
Baby spinach salad with strawberries, dried cranberries, almonds, goat cheese and rose pepper vinaigrette

Main course
Catch of the day al pastor style-Marinated on pastor sauce over pineapple pure, coriander rice and tortilla salad

Grilled Filet Mignon-Mashed potatoes with blue cheese, asparagus and rosemary sauce.

Dark Chocolate tamale with passion fruit sauce, caramelized nuts.

The wedding and reception will be outside. We highly recommend bringing a light jacket. 

We strongly advise against platform wedges. There will be a very short walk between villas that is on an uneven cobble stone side street. Also much of the floors at both villas are bricks. Platform wedges would be a bit uncomfortable.
