Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.
To make things simple, we've hired Barbara Oliver from Romantic Journeys to help our guests arrange accommodation and we have already reserved your rooms! We've chosen to get married at the brand new Now Natura, and are excited to have you join us to share in the celebration!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make your room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form (or you will end up with 2 rooms!)
2. Prices are quoted for 2 adults per room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults.
3. Direct transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please submit your reservation and deposit as soon as possible!

Not only do we handle all the guest logistics for them, since we offer competitive prices and personalized service - they can relax knowing their guests will be in the best of hands. Furthermore, anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that all members of Lindsey & Casey's wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked or placed in another resort due to overbooking.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Romantic Journeys (or our affiliates) permission to charge your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and however often you choose.
To secure your reservation, a minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than December 1, 2019, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Not only does it protect all of your non-refundable costs in the event you need to cancel for a covered reason, it provides coverage for emergency medical expenses not covered by US health policies as well as coverage for lost or damages baggage.

PLEASE READ!
Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 25 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is the total ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book your room outside of Lindsey & Casey's established room block, you may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to participate in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily resort passes starting at $110 a day/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you think you have found a cheaper “deal” please allow us an opportunity to explain the difference or price match. We are here to help Lindsey and Casey plan a special event and we do our best to keep the entire wedding guest list of family and friends together at the resort for accountability.
